William2, William1) was born in East Bethel, Windsor Co., Vermont 27 April 1822.(360) Azro died 9 February 1903 in Seattle, King Co., Washington, at age 80.(361) (senile decay) His body was interred 20 February 1903 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx, New York Co., New York.(362)

He married Louisa Ann Abbott 21 December 1848 in Skantales, Onondago Co., New York.(363) Louisa was born 15 December 1829 in Wilton Township, Hillsborough Co., New Hampshire.(364) She was the daughter of Stephen Abbott Buss and Nancy Wilder Beede. Louisa died 21 November 1913 in Riondel, British Columbia, Canada, at age 83.(365) "Obituary" - Louisa A. Fowler The friends of Mrs. Louisa A. Fowler will be griefed to learn of her death on Saturday morning at the home of her son, S.S. Fowler, Riondel, British Columbia, after an illness of ten days. The cause of death was an acute attack of bronchitis. Mrs. Fowler was 84 years old, the widow of Azro Fowler, and for many years a resident of Mount Vernon, but for the past 12 or 14 years has resided on the Pacific coast. She is survived by two sons, S.S. Fowler and F.J. Fowler.

Her body was interred in Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx, New York Co., New York.(366) My grandfather Fowler as I remember him was very tall and of powerfull build. He was born in Connecticut and was the son of a congregationalist minister from whom he inheritated much of the spirit of Puritanism.
