ACC | Management Company | Board of Directors
Architectural Control Committe (ACC):The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a group of volunteer homeowners who meet to review requests for changes to exterior of the homes or properties. Their recommendation is forwarded to the Board of Directors. Each request is given a impartial review and a decision is rendered. The homeowner will receive written notification of this decision by certified mail. See the HOA Rules and Application Forms for details concerning criteria and application procedures.
The Homeowners Association has contracted the services of Abaris Realty, Inc., a professional management company, to take care of such matters as: assessment fee billing, collection of delinquent accounts, financial record keeping, etc. They also advise the Board in such areas as contracting for snow removal and landscaping services, as well as provide homeowners with 24-hour emergency telephone number (301) 468-8919 to report problems, comments or concerns.
