Our cottage is located between two of Michigan's prime resort spots, Holland and Grand Haven on a private sandy beach providing great swimming and genuine privacy. For just $1000 a week, you and your family can enjoy a great vacation this next summer. Our cottage is available from June through August. The cottage is a small, contemporary summer dwelling (20 x 20 sq ft) with a loft bedroom, two attached bedrooms and two 12 x 20 decks. Because of its size, overnight occupancy is restricted to six people, and 3 vehicles due to parking restrictions. Sorry no pets, no smoking, and no singles under 25. The cottage has a gas-fired space heater, galley-type kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. There is a full-size bed in the loft. Two additional bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Modern kitchen (microwave, no dishwasher). All beds have foam mattresses. It also has a full size refrigerator, high-speed cable internet connection, cable TV, DVD player, free long distance in the Continental U.S., and charcoal BBQ grill. The cottage is located on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The sand beach is private for residents and guests. Local restrictions prohibit overnight parking for RV's, mobile homes or camper trailers. Our rental arrangements are from 3 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday. The 2013 rate is $1000 weekly, payable 30 days in advance. In addition, we require a $300 security deposit in advance. The deposit balance will be returned after the cottage is inspected for damage/excessive cleaning and the phone bill is paid. Please supply your own sheets, towels and pillowcases. Other bedding is furnished. Cancellation policy provided upon request.
