What it is

This error is one of those examples of Apple's ever increasing silliness regarding the innocuously-named ObjectSupportLib extension. What it actually used for and the precise nature of what's wrong with it is of almost no importance. So I won't tell you. If you want to know that badly, click here (or up there). Procedure

1. Double-click on the icon.
2. Double-click on the System Folder.
3. Double-click on the Extensions folder. There's going to be a LOT of stuff in here, so go up to "View" (in the menu bar) and choose "By Name."
4. There will be a file (now located down in the O's) called "ObjectSupportLib."
5. Click on the ObjectSupportLib one time, then go up to "File" and choose "Get Info..." That will give you a window similar to this:
   

6. Take a look at the version number. If the version number is 1.0.4 or 1.1.1, then that's the problem. Those versions of the ObjectSupportLib block Netscape 2.02's ability to retrieve mail. Have the user go to http://www.erols.com/sitzkrieg/mailfix.html and follow the directions there. If the version number is anything else, delete and re-create the Netscape preferences file.
