She married John Smith 19 July 1665 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut. John died 2 April 1704 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, at age unknown.

Sarah Fowler and John Smith had the following children:

• 43 i. John4 Smith was born in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut 11 May 1669. John died young in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, at age unknown.

• 44 ii. Joseph Smith was born in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut before 18 June 1671. Joseph died 30 June 1736 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, at age 65.

• 45 iii. Jonathan Smith was born in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut 5 September 1671. Jonathan died before 12 June 1742 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, at age 70.
