3. William3 Moulton (Joseph2, William1) was born in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts 12 July 1720. William died about 1793 in Ohio, at age 72.

He married Lydia Greenleaf 16 September 1742 in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts. Lydia was born 16 January 1723 in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Edmund Greenleaf Jr. and Lydia Brown.

William Moulton and Lydia Greenleaf had the following child:
