He married Anna Poore 5 June 1793 in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts.(819) Anna was born 21 September 1772 in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts.(820) She was the daughter of Jonathan Poore and Sarah Dole.

Gen. Benjamin Stickney and Anna Poore had the following child:

Sarah5 Stickney was born in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts 17 June 1803.(821) Sarah died 23 September 1872 in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts, at age 69.(822) She married Stephen Thomas Dutton 6 October 1825 in Newbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts.(823) Stephen was born 4 April 1803 in Newburyport, Essex Co., Massachusetts.(824) He was the son of Stephen Coffin Dutton and Phebe Parsons Follansbee.
