NOTE A sublease is available immediately. It is for a private room in the townhouse with a parking lot.

All houses are fully furnished. Each house has a fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and washer and dryer, and is air conditioned. All bedrooms are furnished with bed, desk and chair, and dresser/cabinet or built-in shelves (set of bedding is an exception).

HOUSE RULES
No smoking and no pets are permitted.
Each resident cleans after his/her self.

“1900's Victorian house completely remodeled to modern large apartments. Must to see to believe! Two bedrooms with a stylish loft. Designer bathroom, beautiful living room with /French doors, a wonderful kitchen. The house's highlight is a great oak staircase, lit by a skylight, against exposed brick. Neat deck, also lower larger fenced-in brick laid patio. Two designer closets w/built-in shelves Four personal off street parking spaces! High ceiling, hardwood floors, ceiling fan. Flawless color scheme. Wonderful neighbors.” Karen Gibson
