9-11-02 Not really a date I was hoping to have a show on. I mean, what was I going to do? Diatribe? Commiserate? Ignore it? This was the result. Mostly anti-war songs. The show started late because the station is COMPLETELY unorganized and I could get in until six. Just as well, since I hit all the songs I wanted to play without a lot of filler. It's interesting to note the "Grand Old Flag" started out as "Grand Old Rag" but was changed because Cohan thought it might sound disrespectful. "Pretty Good Day" should be mandatory listening for every American. Please don't take for granted how good we have it here.
