Zapach Mill, off Limeport Pike . Water Color . 12" x 16"

... off Limeport Pike, between Limeport and Lanark, Lehigh County, PA.

This mill sits behind the Ceresota barn on Theodore Zapach's property, visible on the right, behind the barn in that watercolor. The retention pond and mill raceway is based on an old photograph, circa the late 1920's. They have since been filled in. This is painted mainly as an early morning lighting study.
