There is a local association swimming pool right around the corner from the apartment. (This local pool is separate from the indoor pool and outdoor pool at the Club House.)

The Upper Left picture is the Left Entrance to the Pool. The Upper Center picture is the Right Entrance to the Pool. The Upper Right picture is the view when one enters by the right entrance. The Lower Left picture and Lower Center picture are views of the pool and the surroundings. The Lower Right picture is a view of the pool looking over the fence from behind.

There is 24-hour 100% security. The picture above is a guard house. All residents and/or visitors must have a pass (or the authorization of the owner/renter) to enter.

Also, transportation is very convenient. (Click on the "Transportation" hot spot above if you want to jump to the Transportation Page.) It is very easy to go to and from the Club House, the other apartments in Century Village, and to the shopping areas in and around Boca Raton. There is a Tram bus stop on the street in front of the apartment that goes to and from the Club House.

Also, there is a room with a washing machine and clothes dryer almost literally a dozen steps from the front door of the apartment.
