Available spring, summer, and fall for week rental.

Located on the private/warm part of Lake Anna, 90 miles southwest from Washington, DC. Please no pets, and no smoking inside. Cost is $1,500 per week, (Friday through Friday). Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A $85 cleaning fee, and a $200 damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is fully refundable if no damages or long distance phone charges occur.
