Vehicle Wash Systems, Inc. ("VWS") and its affiliates have
been in operation for over thirty-five years as a designer, manufacturer and
installer of vehicle wash equipment. Although standard packages are featured on
this site, VWS has the ability to modify units to the customer’s satisfaction
and needs. Much of the equipment is unique in nature and design resulting in a
product which has minimum down time and uses standard replacement parts. Prices
and delivery times are competitive. Equipment is available for automobiles,
trucks, trains and buses with operations ranging from washing, waxing,
undercarriage, rust inhibitor, blow dry and others.
Although VWS custom designs full tunnel commercial units and custom inspection
lines for automobile manufactures, it currently is focusing on the Drive-Thru
Wash Systems for Automobile Dealers and Fleets and custom designed Compact
Mini-Units that would serve as additional profit center for Service Stations and
Convenient Stores. All VWS systems are designed with motor standardization on
each mechanically driven device. Replacement parts are available on a 24 hour
basis from all W.W. Grainger stores and any other power transmission equipment
suppliers.
The Automobile Drive-Thru and Drive-In, Back Out Systems are simple, compact,
efficient, and highly reliable requiring a minimum of maintenance. Combined with
our Spot-Free Rince, the Dealer can be assured of clean vehicles for service
cars, appraisals and lot inventory at minimum cost and superior performance.
The Compact Mini-Units are fully automated, do not require an attendant and are
designed for 24 hour operation. Unlike the more complicated rollover systems
where the equipment moves back and forth over a stationary vehicle and time in
service is a function of the options selected, the VWS equipment is
conveyor-driven and processing time per vehicle is constant regardless of the
options selected by the driver. This advantage gives substantially more
throughput and faster moving lines. Signage and decor is custom designed for the
customer as needed. Self-service equipment and installation is also available.
Reclamation systems are also a featured item and can be customized to the
requirements of the location. This area will certainly have increasing
visibility in the future as the trend to environmentally clean processing
accelerates and the cost of water and sewage increases.
