    Maryland 21202.   This is near the intersection of St. Paul St. and Fayette St.

    in downtown Baltimore.    This is convenient since it is across the street from the

    Circuit Court, four blocks from the District Court and one blocks from the

    Workers Compensation Commission.   There is on street parking and many

    parking garages in the immediate area.   There are many bus lines which

    stop at my building and the Metro rail station is just one block away.

              I specialize in Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Bankruptcy

    and Domestic Law (divorce, name change, custody, support, etc.).   I also

    handle Wills, Collections, Probate and Criminal matters including traffic

    citations.   I am a member of the Bar in Maryland, the District of Columbia

    and Virginia.   I am the legal consultant for the Chesapeake Porsche Club.

             I graduated from Maggie Walker High School in Richmond, Virginia.

    I began my undergraduate work at Lincoln University in Jefferson City,

    Missouri.   After two years, I transferred to Virginia State University and

    graduated with a B.A. degree.   I then began working for Insurance

    companies as a Claims Adjuster which prepared me for the handling of

    Personal Injury claims as an attorney.

             After several years, I descided to go to law school and graduated

    from the University of Baltimore with a Juris Doctor degree in Law.   I

    worked with several attorneys gaining practical experience before I set up

    my own firm as a solo practitioner.   I have enjoyed practicing law and look

    forward to many more years in this profession helping people solve legal

    problems.

             I met my wife, the former Jean Gainey of Greensboro, N.C. at Virginia

    State University.   We reside in Crofton, Maryland which is midway between

    Washington, D.C.  and Baltimore, Md.   Our son, Vikel, has made us the proud

    grandparents of two beautiful girls, Alyssa and Alexis and a grandson, Vikel Jr.
