TASC/TGIC/ODU 2000 SYMPOSIUM

SYMPOSIUM EXHIBIT RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Limitation of Liability. The Exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Tidewater Association of Service Contractors (TASC), Old Dominion University (ODU), and the Tidewater Government Industry Council (GIC) and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney's fees), arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to Exhibitor or his employees and agents, by reason of the Exhibitor's occupancy or use of exhibition facilities.

2. Nature of Exhibit Material. Materials, equipment or activities which detract from the atmosphere of the symposium or which disturb other exhibitors are prohibited. TASC reserves the right to require the removal of any exhibit or material therein which in its opinion is objectionable or not in keeping with the theme of the symposium or the general purpose and goals of TASC, ODU and GIC. No material will be offered for sale during the symposium.

3. Setup and Removal of Equipment. The Exhibitor is solely responsible for shipment, delivery, setup and removal of all exhibit equipment and material. A member of the Exhibits Committee will be available at all times during exhibit/symposium hours to assist with problems and coordinate with host facility employees. Exhibits may be set up beginning no earlier than _________**__________, and must be removed by ________**___________.

4. Security. Security of exhibit material and equipment is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor.

5. Power Availability. Electrical power for the exhibit area is limited, and will be assigned to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis as applications and payments are received. No electrical generators or other portable sources of power are permitted. All electrical connections, extension cords, terminal boxes, etc. must be approved by the host facility.
