~~Jay "Mr. Magoo" Hatfield~~

First, Team Manager Jay Hatfield Misread A Spring Schedule And Had The Free Traders Arrive For A 3:00 Saturday Game At 1:00. No Harm Done...
But After That, "Mr. Magoo" Hatfield Misread Another Schedule And Caused The U.S. Exporters To Forfeit Two Games By Showing Up Late, And That Nearly Caused The Team To Lose The 2002 Fall Division Championship!
So, Don't You Think It's Time To Invest In Some Glasses, Hatfield? Sheesh!

~~Injury Of The Year~~

~~Dave Cammarota~~

Dave Wrote: "According to my doctor, there's no way I should have been able to throw a ball from right field to home. Why? Because in addition to very large tears (1.5 inch retraction) in the two prinicpal ligaments of the rotator cuff, I also ruptured the tendon that connects the bicep to the arm. So, instead of 1.5 hours on the operating table, it was 3 hours while he bolted my bicep back to my arm and fixed a few other things."

Then...

Dave Wrote: "Knee surgery is first thing on the 18th [December]... Surgery isn't anything major, same job as I had on my left knee three years ago, just cleaning up some cartilage. I'll be ready to go full speed in early February. And I thought my old body was falling apart!!!"

~I'm Beginning To Think He Does This On Purpose!~ [The Editor]

~~No Pain, No Gain?~~

And Finally...

"We Had Some Points To Make, Shared Common Goals, Had A Big Thirst For Victory, And We All Enjoyed The Sweet Taste Of Success!"
