1) Exporters vs Badabing
After being rained out the first week, the Exporters opened the season
and took the field for the first time in almost 10 months.
Unfortunately, it was early games at Barcroft where the sun in the
batters' eyes led to 3 strikeouts in the first two innings. Very little
hitting led to the Exporters being swept by Badabing.
Exporters split with the Hopslammers by winning the opener and dropping
the nightcap. The Exporters got just enough hitting in game one to post
the first win of the season. Blake and Alex homered in the game. The
team fell just short in the nightcap. Low run production makes winning
games difficult.
