I am proud to report that U.S. Exporters Hall of Famer
Roger Morse (pictured at left) was on the front page of
the November 23 edition of the Washington Post.

Roger is shown protesting attempts by Vice President
Al Gore and his cronies to steal the presidential
election in Florida.

Indeed, soon after this photo was taken, Miami-Dade
officials decided to end Gore's "vote harvesting"
expedition in the county.

Congratulations, Roger! Gee, I thought that you were
just on vacation!-Jay

"...those of us who have been following the fracas in Florida ... have noticed our team-mate Roger Morse gracing our TV screens.... Personally, I want to give him my thanks. Like our forefathers at Lexington and Concord, he pledged his life, his fortune, and his sacred honor in the battle against tyranny (well, perhaps I exaggerate - but he did get on TV and spent the holidays in 82 degree weather). Roger Morse: RBI-man, versatile infielder, and, now, freedom fighter." [11/27/00]

Greg Martin wrote:"...[We] saw him on the cover of the Post on Thanksgiving Day, on the cover of the NY Times the next day, and on and off on CNN. Roger has balls and my vote. Let's just hope Alan [Boyd] doesn't get orders to bust him!!! ;-) [11/27/00]
