Roger Morse reporting: With a full bench, the U.S. Exporters took both games from Gray Plant Mooty to move ahead of them in the divisional standings. Tim Fratto posted wins in both games. The team battled through a very tough GPM team that played solid defense. In the first game, the lead changed hands several times before we put them away in the last inning. Brian Bickerton sparked the team with a 3-run homer in the third inning. Tim walked 2 and struck out none, and knocked in the game winning RBI in the top of the last inning. Kyle Dabruzzi opened the second game with a leadoff home run. We took the lead early and stayed in front the whole game. GPM ran the bases aggressively and we made them pay for it a couple times with our outfielders throwing them out trying to stretch some hits. Tim walked 1 and struck out 1.
