JAMES LEEPER was born May 5, 1826 and died September 16. 1888, His wife
Naomi Armstrong (cousin) was born April 8, 1824 and died December 4, 1908.
There were nine children - Esther, Andrew, Alice, Lodemia, James, Leroy,
Robert and Julia
