A will of John Leeper dated November 16, 1796, Lincoln County, North Carolina It notes that he is very weak and sick in body. It names wife Elizabeth and Matthew Leeper as Executors. Will is signed as witnessed by John Neagle, James Davidson and William McLean. Note: John Neagle is married to his sister Margaret Leeper.
