NEWS:
6/11/01 - Mike Connors might have just
received a $90 present on for his birthday today as McVeigh gets his wish
as he received a lethal injection and is cremated for his crime of killing
168 in the Oklahoma bombing in 1995. Protester Joe Morrissey was seen at
Bradley International Airport today and had the following words to say:
"I will protest this if I lose! I am on my way to Terre Haute Indiana.
I believe there may still be a pulse. I must defend Pops Stargell's
legacy of being my meal ticket in this pool. Connors underhandedly
is trying to win this competition. I have heard unconfirmed reports
that he was seen loitering around Imojean Coca's nursing home before her
passing. Please check the list and be sure he hasn't added her to
his list posthumously."
5/30/01 - Joe Morrissey has now taken the
next step in the Timothy McVeigh's litigation's by now consulting directly
with McVeigh and his lawyers. Morrissey states that McVeigh must
now appeal his death sentence because of the Fed's withholding of important
evidence. Morrissey's reasoning is "how can they have a correct verdict
without seeing the entire evidence?"
Even though he is helping out McVeigh
in the case, Morrissey is rumored to be part of some kind of "dead pool"
in Connecticut. Morrissey is accused of just trying to hold off the
death penalty long enough so Mike Connors doesn't get the "cheesy" win
in the pool. Morrissey and his attorney's were unable to respond
to such allegations.
5/10/01 - Joe Morrissey points out to F.B.I. that the Timothy McVeigh's case may be missing some important information. He points out that 200 pieces of critical evidence was withheld from his case, and therefor, the bureau may put a hold on Mr. McVeigh's death penalty. More news to follow as Mr. Morrissey visits the attorney general to reveal the data that he has discovered. Sorry Mr. Connors, you may be out of luck next week.

WINNER: Highest
Total Points at July 31, 2001 WINS
TIES: If, at
the slightest possibility, there is a tie or no one has died by July 31,
2001, the pool will continue. To maximize the winnings, there will
be NO TIES and only one winner. The participants above who are tied
will then continue the pool until someone else dies. Anyone of the
remaining participants that do NOT have that person who died is now eliminated.
The last participant standing (no anti-pun intended) will win the full
$90.00. Let's just hope that we don't run into this situation.

harassing me).
