
Food is a cultural expression. America is made up of many ethnic groups, and as they intermingle into the melting pot, their recipes add interest to the American culture. We are so much richer in our cuisine for the German, the Swiss, the Italians, the Greeks, and many more folks who came here and brought a new recipe.
