*     Worked on the design and writing of a response to a request for proposal from the US Army Corps of Engineers for managing their network operations and help desk

*     Evaluated numerous RFPs for fit to ISSA capabilities

Nova Technology, Inc.- Network Services and Support                                                              January '00 - July '02

Program Manager, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Operations Contract

*     Managed a team of computing professionals working for the FCC running their network operations, telephone systems, and IT hardware support

*     Conducted extensive study to determine and fulfill training needs for the entire FCC IT staff during a transition from a NetWare infrastructure to Windows 2000

*     Grew the contract from 17 people at $1.8 million per year to 31 people at $4 million per year

*     Established team operating procedures and best practices, including change control procedures
