Rules for
submitting material to be posted on the website
Any items may be
submitted by emailing text, by sending Microsoft Word attachments of
Word documents, or by attaching .html, .jpeg, .gif, or .bmp files. If
you choose to submit an .html file, please be sure it will appear in
your browser in the format you intended before submitting.
Pictures will be
posted according to these guidelines: Pictures of items such as projects,
class bulletin boards, artwork, and the like are not restricted, and
only the child's first name will be used unless otherwise requested
by the parent. Pictures of the children will be used with taste and
respect, and only a child's first name will be used and only if needed
to clarify an event. General pictures of multiple children participating
in school activities will not be restricted. If you see a group picture
which includes your child and would prefer it not appear on the site,
please email the webmaster
and the picture will be removed promptly. Thank you for your cooperation.
