Hi Steve!
Trying to track down "Why is Mona Lisa Smiling".
Thinkquest has not allowed access since their switch last fall.
http://library.thinkquest.org/13681/data/davin2.shtml>
I have been able to access it a few times since Xmas at
http://hyperion.advanced.org/13681/data/davin2.shtml
but that link just "hangs" now.
Do you have any suggestions.

Hi Steve,
We're currently working on returning "Why is Mona Lisa Smiling" to the
ThinkQuest Library. One of the things we need to do is make sure that
the site does not include the last names of any underage students. It
would help us enormously if you could send a list of the names of the
student team members.
Thank you!
-Amanda
Dear Amanda,
I am absolutely delighted to hear that Why is Mona
Lisa Smiling?
will be returning to the ThinkQuest Library.
The names of the student team members are Khoa,
William and Alexander.
On behalf of my students, thank you for your
continuing support.
We are looking forward to the re-launch of our
project.
Very best regards,
Steve Feld

Hi Steve,
I really must apologize for the delay in returning "Why is Mona Lisa Smiling?" to
the ThinkQuest Library. This particular site is one of 190 that are requiring some
special server changes in order to become functional again. Our systems people
are working on the issue right now and because of the popularity of "Why is Mona
Lisa Smiling?", your site is being used as the test case for the project. I apologize
again for how long this is taking, but I promise that we are actively trying to resolve
this issue and hope to have a solution shortly.

Hi Steve,
I apologize for the delayed response...we
are severely strapped for
resources and just recently contracted out
some work with the candidate
leaving us to go back to school. We are
attempting to address these
issues IN FULL beginning next week and have
marked your issue on the top
of the list. I'd like to sincerely
apologize - it's been a difficult
transition for us and not an easy handoff
from ThinkQuest's previous
owners who provided us no documentation both
technically and
operationally. We are doing our best to
address ALL issues as best as
possible. I will confirm with you once I
have a hard date of when and
what we will be doing. Thanks again.

Dear Maya,
It has been a full month now since you wrote that my
inquiry would be
discussed at your meeting. Was the status of the
Mona Lisa website
indeed discussed? If so what were the results?
I look forward your response and to seeing the web
site again.
Best regards,
Steve Feld
