In the applicant's statement, (the longer one, not the one in section A), you might
want to avoid looking at the images in the link called [Hard2c] Images. These
extremely graphic pictures show an aspect of that day that most media was
essentially censored from showing.....
(This was a crime scene under investigation).
Basically, over 13,680 people registered for this international design competition.
Out of that amazing number of people, only about 5,000 actually submitted in time
to meet the deadline.
