Ms. Tveta Negrea is a Romanian émigré. Her specialty is baked goods in an Old-World Central European fashion. The various breads are full bodied and tasty, not at all like the soft and bland American style white bread. And her Hungarian style nut- and poppyseed- "kolach" are superb. Apple strudel is difficult to make and hard to get. Hers is excellent! Reminiscent of my own grandmothers'.
