I know of suspension bridges in central NJ (pedestrian?) and over the Delaware River in Riegelsville, PA, but I don't know who designed them or when.  There is also a small bridge in Bethlehem, PA, in a city park that may be a suspension bridge.  There are the remains of cables still hanging over the Lehigh River west of Easton, is this the 1900 bridge? There once was a suspension bridge over the Delaware River, near Lumberton, PA.  Which suspension bridges were in El Salvador?

I am looking to update/correct/expand this list with whatever information I can find about suspension bridges.  Let me know if you have anything I can add or change.
