C. Consistent with 5 U.S.C. 7114(a)(2)(A), as the exclusive representative of unit employees, the Union shall be given the opportunity to be represented at any formal discussion between one or more representatives of the Agency and one or more employees or their representatives concerning any grievance or any personnel policy or practices or other general condition of employment.
D. The Administration will give the Union sufficient advance notice to exercise its rights under this section.
Section 4--Employee Data
The Administration will provide the following data concerning bargaining unit employees:
1. Annually, to the Presidents of the National Council of Field Assessment Locals and the National Council of Field Operations Locals, the name, job title, grade and step, broken down by installation.
2. To the Local Presidents of each Payment Center, Local 1923, the Data Operations Center Locals, and the National Council of Hearings and Appeals, the same list of employees received under current practices.
