Tests and Employee Selection Process
The Administration recognizes its responsibility to maintain selection procedures in compliance with Federal policy concerning validity and job relatedness.
Section 2--Review of Internal Tests
The Administration will continue to review its written tests used for internal placement purposes and will validate or modify any tests that have adverse impact as determined by EEOC.
Section 3--Duty Time
Ordinarily, employees will be granted duty time to take SSA or HHS sponsored tests that may be used for promotion and/or placement in SSA.
