determine those offices (if any) that have increased to 20 or more bargaining unit  employees.  Such offices will be permitted to participate in the CWS plan.  All field offices participating in 5/4/9 as of 12/1/92 will be permitted to continue in the plan.

Section 6--CWS Procedures


A. Participants will work eight (8) nine (9) hour days and one eight (8) hour day each pay period.  Participants will work the regular workday plus 1-hour for 8 days and will work the regular workday for 1 day each pay period.

B. Participants will have one non-workday each pay period.

C. Participants may combine the CWS Plan with the Flextime Plan.

D. Scheduling CWS   

1.  CWS plans will be designed so that approximately fifteen percent (15%)  of the employees under each timekeeper number can be off work at one time. The Employer may allow an excess of 15% of the employees to be off on any given day.  The following is an example of a CWS:
