*Note: A Supporting Club is one in which the club pays $1.00/member
in addition to the annual club fee to help support the facility.

From April through October the UACNJ presents public astronomy programs
each Saturday from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. This entails a 45-60
minute presentation followed by telescopic observing, weather permitting.
As a UACNJ observer, your obligation is to attend and help
out during a minimum of two public duty nights per year. We request that you
indicate four available Saturdays from which we will select
two. Once schedules are organized, the assignments will be
posted on the UACNJ web site.
If you would like to
be involved in more than your two public nights, please indicate how many on
line 1, and check appropriately on line 2.
If you leave this
section blank, two days will be assigned at our discretion.

Saturday night public presentations are run by a team of four or more observers, "Team Leader" (the person in charge of the observatory
and presentation schedule for the evening's public activities), a speaker/presenter, and several Observer/Helpers (sales, observing,
