The following brief descriptions are generalized examples of various sized sites to show roughly what services one may expect and how much it may cost. They are by no means quotes since we design every site to meet the specific project needs and budget of each client. ![]() Openers This option is for the individual who wishes a personal site, or small business that needs a minimum presence on the Internet.
![]() Getting Exposure The Basic site is usually for a small business requiring an on-line presence. Merchants are able to have a unique Web site with explanations of products and services.
![]() Stepping Up For moderate sized businesses requiring a solid Web presence, who wish to define their product and service line for an complete on-line showcase. depending on the needs of the client.
![]() Group Business Web site This site is designed for the local business organization or Chamber of Commerce. It has a home page and several other pages about the organization, as needed, such as: Business Classified; Members Directory; List of Directors; Community Information; Outstanding Recognition page; Scrap Book; Special Links; Community Map; etc. In addition there is a community business index with sub-pages for each of the local businesses that would participate. Each local business page would, in itself, act as a Web site for that business and cover the company overview, contacts, phone numbers, email, fax, etc., and include one graphic (such as the photo of the building, or inside serving customers). There would also be a direction/map page specific to each of the businesses (i.e. each map would only show the location of the business that was being reviewed. The result is each business having a basic presence on the Internet with their own URL address that they could refer to in advertising (such as www.ourbusinessgroup.com/edspizza). Their cost for design would be equal to, or less than the minimum site. The annual hosting costs would be carried by the business organization (making the cost to each business minimal). Future updates to the organization's pages would be handled and billed through the business organization. While each businesses page, if requiring future updates would be handled directly by the business.
![]() Saving some money We realize that small businesses and individuals often have a tight budget. Two items can greatly effect the cost of a Web site which the client can often control. These are in providing text and photographs. We can, but prefer not to, do a client's text entry. Most of the information that a client requires on a Web site has usually already been prepared for more traditional advertising or presentation, and is also probably on someone's computer in the form of a Microsoft Word document or as an ASCII file. Therefore, our examples above only take into account the web design and implimentation, and graphic design, while reviewing the text material and making suggestions and any needed corrections. Also, while we do have digital photography and image scanning services, you can save some money by providing your own photos in jpg, tif, gif or other digital format. ![]() Monthly Maintenance, Rates, etc. ... Monthly maintenance and update services are available for your convenience and are tailored to suit your needs. All our estimates and billing are based upon a rate of $39.00/hour. Note: Prices do not include web hosting fees (usually about $15-25/month, depending upon web hosting company), nor registering a unique Domain Name with Internic ($70 for two years). Both of these services may be handled through WEBari, but the client will be billed directly from the hosting company and Internic. |
