If you are interested in displaying your products, you may rent a table (72 inches X 30 inches) for $295 each. You must be a Registered attendee of the PHL Training Conference in order to display. There is no cost for government or academia displays. Registration and Table Top Display set-ups will be held on Monday, May 14, 2007.
A representative from each company having a display will be given the opportunity, if they wish, to make a eight to ten (8-10) minute presentation regarding their company’s products. This presentation can be made at the display or from the speaker’s podium. Please indicate on the Table Top Display Registration Form if you would like to make a presentation about your display
Electrical outlets are limited, so if your display requires 120 volts, you may want to bring a power strip and an extension cord with you.
If you wish to display your products, please complete the Table Top Display Registration Form and return it as soon as possible. Space is limited. Government and academia displays must also be reserved by completing and returning the Registration Form.
