It is the intent of NIPHLE, by this competition, to broaden the social and professional boundaries of individuals and organizations by promoting interest in and recognition for the packaging, handling, and logistics disciplines.   All decisions by the judging panel will be final.  NIPHLE will not be held liable for any information released through this competition, by intent or omission.  NIPHLE reserves the right to publish any and all entry materials.  My signature below testifies that I understand the rules of the design competition and will abide by the decisions of NIPHLE, its judges, or membership by any actions, events, or publications that may result from this design competition.  All entries must be accompanied by a completed copy of this form.  See below for applicable entry fee and method of payment.  No refunds can be granted. Deadline for receipt of entries is March 5, 2007.
