The Elizabeth River runs between Waterside, Norfolk, Virginia and Portsmouth, Virginia. The lighted skyline on both sides of the river brings a sparkle to the Hampton Roads area.

Harbor Tower Apartments on the northeast side. We live on the 6th floor with the picture window. There is a lighted lamp in the window. We face the Norfolk Skyline.
