  • Mickey Mantle Day at Yankee Stadium, June 8, 1969. A very white, more plastic-like pennant, with red paint.
  • The Brave's Hammerin' Hank hit his 715th HR against the Dodger's Al Downing on 8 Apr 1974. Hank retired as a Brewer in 1976 with 755 HRs. This is a post-retirement commemorative, late '70s.
  • Player-Manager Pete Rose broke Cobb's hit record on 11 Sep 1985 at Riverfront Stadium. This was sold in mid '85

  • 1963 World Series. LA beat the Yanks 4-0. Wills, Koufax, Podres and Drysdale against Mantle, Maris, Ford and Berra. Felt pennant.
  • 1966 World Series. Thinner, more fragile felt. The series that caused Koufax to retire, as the Orioles slammed the Dodgers 4-0. Louis Aparicio, Boog Powell, Frank & Brooks Robinson and Jim Palmer against LA's Maury Wills, Don Drysdale and friends.
  • Another great 1966 World Series pennant. Felt.

  • Carl Yastrzemski's 1983 Fan Appreciation Day at Fenway Park. The Yaz is the last man to earen the triple Crown (1967). He was Ted William's replacement in left field for Boston. HOF '89.
  • Ken Griffey Jr's Super Nintendo promotion pennant. Appeared in KayBee stores about 1993.
  • The very last stadium to use lights! August 8, 1988, Wrigley Field.

  • The Atlanta Brave's pitching cadre, Chiefs of Staff, with Smoltz, Avery, Glavine, Maddux and Smith. No more!
  • The Orioles' 1996 Championship Series Signature pennant. One of the few with signatures of both Ripken and Murray on the same team!
  • Wincraft's unique player pennant, Pudge Rodriguez throwing to another player at second base.

  • Baseball's 125th Anniversary, the uneventful year of strikes, no summer and no World Series.
  • Don Mattingly's colorful player pennant of 1989. Don't miss Don's Day at Yankee Stadium this August!
  • A great example of the neat older format Championship pennants, the 1978 Yankees!
