These letters, emails, video taped testimonies or phone messages are from people who have spoken to me and/or, read the information in my website or books and then applied the knowledge acquired to prevent, cure or improve various diseases or conditions.

Muriel simply said: Hi Mr. Lara this is Muriel, I had Lyme disease and you saved me . . . (from the purgatory in which I was for  5 years. Fevers, joint pain and severe body aches forced me to stay in bed a dozen times every year even while under medical care).

Muriel is a young lady I met accidentally in a service elevator in Manhattan. It was winter and she was wrapped up in a lot of clothing. The building’s care-taker and I noticed a strong smell of Bengay®, a pain relieving ointment, as soon as she entered the elevator. Muriel was suffering another bout with Lyme Disease, a disease that is almost incurable even when treated with the antibiotics recommended for this condition.

As she walk into the elevator I was talking about AIDS and other viral diseases with the building's super. She asked if I knew anything about Lyme disease. If it is caused by a virus, it is simple to deal with the condition. She described the condition and that it is spread by a parasitic tick in deer's. People get infected when they go to the country away from the cities and shortly after have frequent bouts of flu-like symptoms but much more intense. She asked if I was a physician? My reply was that if I had been I would not have been able to help her.

In a few sentences I told her that viruses hide in the nervous system cells where they cannot be attacked by the immune system. For some reason it seems that viruses do not harm nerve cells. They simply use the cell as shop where they work on modifying the molecular structure of its venomous toxins so they can invade other body cells feed and multiply. This is a process that takes a few days, weeks or months, depending on the person’s consumption of salt, the key to proper hydration. And something I don’t eat, replied Muriel.

The virus cannot be killed, I explained, it can only be controlled by the cell’s own defenses. My suggestion is to get some real salt from Integral Yoga at 229 West 13th Street in Manhattan and to purchase one of my books at East West books 78- 5th Ave so she could read chapter 20. This chapter describes how to prepare and apply urine injections.

I accidentally met the super of the building a month later and he told me that she followed my instructions and cured herself with a single treatment. Unfortunately I have not been able to arrange making a video taped testimony from Muriel. I just have a message she left on my answering machine in which she says, Hi mister Lara this is Muriel, I had Lyme disease and you saved me . . .

This text is from a video taped testimony of my grand nephew Elias, his mother Victoria (my niece) and the baby's grandmother Enid (my sister in law) Mother =M, Grandmother =G and Martin Lara =ML

• M: This is my son Elias Gabriel Cardenas, he is four moths old. He was born in January 20.
• M: When he was two months old he problems sleeping, he would wake up every two to three hours. Sometimes every hour. He had mucus in his eyes, he was catching a cold in his eyes. He was always crying. He is a colicky. He wouldn’t let out his gas or his burps come out
• G: He used to torture us because he would cry, cry, cry, cry constantly
• M: But when I gave him the salt he started he just started, his eyes started cleaning up, he didn’t catch any colds, he started sleeping all night long, letting me sleep. And he is been healthy ever since. He hasn’t been sick. He hasn’t caught a fever nor nothing.
• ML: Never catch a fever?
• M: No. Never
• ML: How long have you been giving salt to the baby?
• M: Since he was a month and a half old right (asking the grand mother) or two months and now he is four months old.
• ML: Did you notice any faster weight gain after taking the salt?
• G: No the weight gain ah . . . no its maintained. He is stock. He is solid.
• ML: So he is not retaining any water?
• G: No the baby is solid. Very solid and he is not, and he is tall. He is tall for his age.
• ML: You take him to the doctor?
• M: Yeah, I took him to the doctor
• ML: What did the doctor have to say
• M: The doctor said that he was a healthy baby in length, he was a, a good weight, that he had nothing wrong with him, his chest was clear, his lungs were clear, he had everything is fine with him. Very healthy baby. Lungs are clear everything is clear in him, his nose his ears. He is just perfect. He is a very healthy boy.
• G: Good appetite, he is not vomiting. He doesn’t eh . . . , he is not colicky anymore.
• Martin And . . .
• G: He couldn’t sleep at all and he sleeps good at night.
• ML: Whoa . . . Elias you are a very healthy baby. Well, there you have it folks. I am sorry that I cant show the face of the mother or grandmother. They are camera shy.
