Welcome to the USS Halibut Veteran's Association Web Page .  Ride the USS Halibut- the United States Navy's first nuclear powered submarine to carry thermonuclear strategic missiles to the Arctic.  Join us on a 120 day Regulus missile deterrent patrol.  The only requirement to join is to respect the memory of this submarine boat and her crew.
