Installing the  Front Load Cassette Box on any of the current processors is very simply done and requires no more than 30 minutes.

1) Remove the side panels and top cover.

2) Remove the present flat front panel by unbolting the hardware in the four corners. 

3) Detach the ribbon cable from the film feed switches. replace the film feed guides with the supplied upper and lower guide. (This takes the most time since there are a lot of screws.)

4) Mount the cassette box with the four original nuts and bolts.

Some customers prefer to leave the controls in the original set up so that the controls can be moved around.  If this is the case skip the last two steps.

5) Replace the 26pin cable from the mother board to the operators panel with the new supplied 7.5' cable and thread it through the cassette box to the right hand side.

6) Remove the front panel circuit board from the present free standing  box and mount in the space provided on the right hand side of the cassette box.
