(LCAI) places a special emphasis on providing quality training programs designed to equip your employees to meet the fire protection, process safety management, emergency preparedness and occupational safety and health challenge encountered in today's industrial environment.
Instructors
The instructors for each LCAI training program are chosen for their specialized knowledge and experience in the subject matter. LCAI's staff has diverse educational, industrial and work experiences:
Educational - LCAI instructors hold degrees in fire protection, chemical, industrial, mechanical and civil engineering.
Industrial - LCAI instructors have worked in a wide range of industries, including: petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, Highly Protected Risk (HPR) insurance and municipal/industrial fire departments and military and governmental facilities. The HPR experience of LCAI instructors includes work in foundries, heavy-light manufacturing, commercial establishments, healthcare facilities, international airports, wine and spirits, food processing, paper manufacturing, high rise structures, warehousing, sports complexes, multi-family housing, rocket launch and support facilities, explosive manufacturing and hazardous materials handling, storage and research laboratories.
Work - LCAI instructors have held positions as managers, engineers, inspectors, firefighters and fire department officers.
Program Offerings and Options
Subjects - LCAI provides standardized and customized training programs in the areas of fire protection, process safety management, emergency preparedness and occupational safety and health.
Presentation - LCAI instructors can present the training programs as well as provide clients with the visual aids, manuals and Train-the-Trainer courses needed to enhance their internal training efforts.
Audiences - LCAI training programs can be tailored to meet the needs of managers, engineers, workers, public/private emergency responders or mixed audiences.
