I was able to see okay throughout childhood. I didn't even begin to wear glasses until after I got my batchelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.I began to get more nearsighted as I got older so I had to wear glasses for things like distance viewing and driving. We went on a few rollercoasters and hung out at the Typhoon Lagoon water area, but I had a good time. The only clunker came when my husband and I went on the Outer Limits rollercoaster and my husband's neck was hurting as a result. (He had to go to a First Aid Station to take care of the problem, which was a pulled muscle.) As for me, my health was completely fine and my vision, when I wore my glasses, was normal like this:
