If you would like to read the Skomantas tales:

In the main cities of the Baltic states the english versions can be found in the better bookshops.    In the rest of Europe and the U.S. you have to go to a little more trouble.   Because they deal with a unique subject, they do not fit readily into the categories that the prevailing book; distribution system employs and you will probably not find them at your corner mega-bookstore.   But they can be obtained directly from the publisher in Europe, or in the U.S. and Canada through a reliable and prompt distributor -  the "Baltic Bookshelf'' .
