Clothing is not handled by intermediaries, nor is clothing sent to some distant, centralized plant. The only exceptions to this are leather/suede, shoes and carpeting.     Business Valet Program We deliver to the Massachusetts Rt. 128 corridor, from Burlington to Needham, including Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Natick, Waltham and Weston. We do not interrupt the work-place environment and are essentially invisible to your staff and operations. Most of our clients opt for twice-weekly visits - either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. Clothing picked up on one visit is normally returned on our next visit. Some items, such as tailoring and household goods, may require extra time. Employees can utilize our program as desired. No sign-up is required - you just drop off your clothing. Each person receives a free laundry bag with a name tag and convenient shoulder strap with the return of their first order. Each employee will receive $5.00 free cleaning available during our first month of service. An itemized invoice is provided with the return of each order. We provide a drop box for checks. Many employees will opt for automatic billing to their credit cards. All major cards are accepted. It only takes a few minutes to initiate the program. We only need to agree on a drop-off location and security arrangements. We know that space is at a premium and often work out of cramped locations. Email Us.     Residential Pick-Up / Delivery We deliver to residences in Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Waltham and Weston. We provide $5.00 free cleaning to all new customers. This allows you to sample our services for free! We provide a free laundry bag with convenient shoulder strap to our customers. Our pricing, at your doorstep, is below the 'cleaning' prices in many communities. We will need the following information: a) Start Date (a Monday or Thursday). b) Contact Information - telephone (time of day when we can call) or email address. c) Address - describe in detail where you are located. d) Delivery Arrangement - will someone be home or do we leave the clothes at the door. e) Shirt Starch (none, light, medium or heavy), pants creasing and other instructions. If you will be home for our deliveries, we will need: Desired Delivery Time - your time availability between 1:00-8:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays. If you will not be home for our deliveries, we will need: 1) Delivery Location - front door, interior door, back door, porch, garage, etc. For multi-dwelling buildings, we need enough of a description to be able to navigate multiple doorways and stairwells. We can provide the method of hanging the clothes. 2) Payment Method - we will need a credit card if you are not home. All major credit cards accepted.
