NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The Nominating Committee will be accepting candidates

for the June 2^nd Post elections on the following dates:

Sat., May 2^nd     1 pm - 4 pm

Tues., May 5^th    7 pm - 9 pm

Wed., May 6^th          "           "

Thurs., May 7^th        "           "

Fri., May 8^th            "           "

Nominations will close at the meeting of May 13^th.

Candidates running for Office/Delegate require a current Membership card.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS

If we have an Election on June 6^th, Post members, who will be out-of-state and wish to vote by absentee ballot, must submit a written request for such ballots at the earliest date to:

Be sure to include:

      (1) reason for the request

      (2) current A. L. Card No.

      (3) Complete name, address, & telephone no.

      (4) signature

Absentee ballots will be available in the Lounge after May 4, 2009. Times will be noted on Bulletin Board.
