... Dr. Judith Rodin served the University of Pennsylvania as President from 1994 through June of 2004. In one of many gestures of thanks and appreciation, a young elm is dedicated in her honor on the Green outside of her former office in College Hall. This watercolor served as a record of the presentation, containing the signatures of all of her Vice Presidents, around the mat.
