Jeff Norris
Jeff is an experienced entrepreneur and portfolio manager. He currently manages multiple private equity funds as well as working in various capacities at primarily early stage companies. Over the past several years his interest is in working with individuals and entities that can help to bring to market a substantive and sustainable alternative energy source beyond the status quo.
He has founded multiple entities and took various companies through several rounds of private and venture capital financing and has led a NASDAQ Initial Public Offering. He has raised and or invested well over $50,000,000.
He began his career in the computer industry and has also been the CEO of a NASDAQ traded company. He has been awarded multiple technology electronic commerce based patents. He was a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year for South Carolina and the University of South Carolina’s Young Alumni of the Year.
He received his BS degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. He earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has attended executive education courses at Babson College, Boston University and Harvard Business School.
Jeff currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina, with his wife of over 23 years, Lynda, and their two children, Ashley and Justin and he is actively involved in several humanitarian endeavors. His hobbies and spare time are invested in his family.
