Finally we have decided to profit from the work of others(Aren't we cheap?)
Internet is full of unsolicited humour which arrives at your e-desk and you promptly delete it. Sometimes the work contains quality humour which should be saved for ever. However Library of Congress is yet to formalize a procedure to preserve this material for future generation. We have decided to start collecting all such witty material so that you can always come and enjoy these at your leisure.
