We will have 12+ tables for games, and will run approximately 25 games between
9 AM and 9 PM. Most of the tables are formed by 2 1/2 foot by 12 foot cafeteria
tables. This means we will have 2 1/2 foot, 5 foot, 6 foot and 7 1/2 foot wide tables,
that are 12 feet long. (We have extenders to make a 5 foot wide table 6 feet wide) We
will have two 10' x 6' tables.
This list is not yet complete, as we expect to run close to 30 games.
Some of the games will be run by members of the host group, HAWKs. The titles of
those games will be printed in HAWKs BLUE.
Other games will be run by our guests. The titles of those games will be printed
in Red.
Games that we, the hosts, will run if space allows are marked with a Light Blue.
If another guest wishes to run a game and all tables are full, we will drop
game marked this way to make room. However, if anyone informs us that they
would like to pre-register for one of these 'provisional' games, we will
immediately promote that game to guaranteed-to-run HAWKs Blue.
If you wish to pre-register for a game, drop us an e-mail to that end by clicking HERE
